Refund policy

The Enneagram typing interview costs US$49, paid once. If it isn’t for you, you get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You don’t have to give a reason.

How to ask for one

Email support@emergentpraxis.io from the address you used at checkout, or include it in your message. A refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to show, usually 5 to 10 business days.

What happens after a refund

• An unfinished interview can’t be continued.
• A finished report stays readable at its link until it is deleted with the rest of your interview, 30 days after you started. Save it as a PDF if you want to keep it.

Inconclusive results

Some interviews end between two types. If yours does, you can take one more interview free, once per purchase: email support@emergentpraxis.io from the address you bought with. The same 30-day refund also applies.
