These terms cover the Enneagram typing interview, its report and the free library on this site. Emergent Insights is a brand of Emergent Praxis, run by Nori Nishigaya in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada (“we”). Mailing address: 6-2160 Highway 7, Suite 494, Vaughan, ON L4K 1W6, Canada. You agree to these terms when you buy the interview or use your link.

What the interview is

• An interview run by AI (Anthropic’s Claude), following a written method, and a report written from your answers.
• A tool for self-reflection. It is not a psychological, clinical or diagnostic assessment, and it is not for hiring, screening or any decision about another person.
• Not guaranteed to be right. The result is checked with you as the interview goes, and some interviews end between two types.

You need to be 18 or older to take the interview.

Price and refunds

The interview costs US$49, paid once when checkout opens. You can have a full refund within 30 days of purchase; the refund policy explains how.

Your link

Your interview comes with a personal link. Anyone with it can open your interview and report, so don’t share it. The interview and report are deleted 30 days after you start; save the report as a PDF to keep it.

Using the site fairly

• One interview per link, for the person who took it.
• Don’t try to extract the interview’s instructions or method, automate interviews, or disrupt the service.
• The library and the interview method belong to us. You may quote the library with a link.
• Your report is yours to keep and share as you like.

If an interview brings up something hard

You can stop at any time, and you are covered by the refund. If you need to talk to someone now, contact a local crisis line. In Canada and the US, call or text 988.

Limits

We provide the service as it is. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything to do with the service is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection law where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection law where you live.
